INDOOR WALKING TRACK - For avid walkers who get bummed out by inclement weather, we have an indoor walking track so you never have to miss a walking day again!
HEATED INDOOR POOL - Too crowded at the neighborhood pool in the summer? Like to swim laps year-round? Neither are a problem with our indoor heated pool. We offer lap lanes for serious swimmers, an open area for "family swim" time, and also offer a variety of aqua group fitness classes, swim lessons (Parent/Tot, private, semi-private, and group), and even Swim Team.
SAUNA, STEAM, AND JACUZZI - We want you to have the experience of country club amenities, but with a more comfortable and family-friendly environment. Kick back and relax in our high-class sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi.
LADIES-ONLY AREA - Closed off from the rest of the gym, this room offers comfort and privacy for women who otherwise feel intimidated by a "gym" atmosphere.
