- CARDIO MOVIE THEATRE - Enjoy a movie theatre experience while doing your cardio, this area is equipped with treadmills, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines and a surround sound audio experience.
- HEATED INDOOR JUNIOR OLYMPIC POOL - Too crowded at the neighborhood pool in the summer? Like to swim laps year-round? Neither are a problem with our indoor heated pool. We offer lap lanes for serious swimmers, an open area for "family swim" time, and also offer a variety of aqua group fitness classes, swim lessons (private, semi-private, and group), and even Swim Team.
- LADIES-ONLY AREA - Adjacent to the Ladies' Locker Room, and closed off from the rest of the gym, this room offers comfort and privacy for women who otherwise feel intimidated by a "gym" atmosphere.
- SAUNA, STEAM, AND JACUZZI - We want you to have the experience of country club amenities, but with a more comfortable and family-friendly environment. Kick back and relax in our high-class sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi.
- HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY - We are equipped with an elevator and other specially-tailored facilities to help our disabled members and guests feel comfortable and be able to workout with ease.
